You do not run any risk due to the payment terms that are advantageous to you. You always pay afterwards! We have already purchased the land, the architect pays for the design and pays the advances to the contractor, you always pay afterwards a completed phase. You are not on your own because we offer intensive support to all buyers for (at least) 1 year after the purchase. After that, you will have less need of us, although we will remain available for advice and practical help. The housing permit, the energy certificate and all utility connections are provided by us.
