Jack Basitaansen is a very motivated international business man who likes doing business with all of his heart. He worked for a German factory as managing director responsible for the Benelux countries. In that period of time he and his team managed to increase the turnover and profitability significantly and he also developed his passion for people. After that he did some business in the north of Portugal and fell in love with the region. In the back of his mind he developed the idea of creating a living project with affordable and social housing in a natural setting with a mutual pool. The emphasis of the project lies on care-free living by taking care of the garden and pool, no obligations, but with the possibility of communal activities.
